“I cannot move on.”

“I feel hopeless.”

“The odds are against me.”

“I cannot do anything about my situation.”

“No matter what I do, I still do not see any changes.”

“Everything is not coming my way.”

“They’re doing it wrong.”

The above negative and disempowering statements, expressions, sighs, self-talk, and thoughts happen when fear is present. The feelings of uncertainty and anxiety increase it, then limit and cripple one in a lack of understanding. No one wants to be in the dark facing the unknown. Everyone has to make sense of something and believe in something. To stay secure, one has to be in control to achieve satisfaction, then decides to be happy until fear seeps in again to start another cycle. Such an exhausting cycle if one realizes it.

Can this cycle change? How does one change it?

Let one realize that life runs in seasons, rhythms, and cycles that no one can eradicate. Their outcome only changes by the collective consciousness or one’s actions in the belief that the desired results are achieved only through control and manipulation of everything.
