UNDERSTANDING POSITIVITY
“Be positive.”
“Stay positive.”
Everyone must have said these words as suggestions, encouragement, and probably to shut someone up. Many use them like magic spells and expect instant change in one’s situation.
However, it’s not as simple as one would expect.
Why is this so? Being and staying positive is a call to action.
One cannot say positive words but feel negative inside. The Universe listens to how one feels. Emotions are indicators of the quality of thoughts one thinks. Positivity is not just about saying positive words. Everything is energy managed by the law of vibration and attraction that whatever one emits, one gets in return in simple terms. If one sends out love, then love one shall receive and works the same with fear as examples.
Being positive is not just about words. It has to be in ALIGNMENT with one’s truth. Truth, beliefs are the repetitive thoughts one constantly thinks about that one deems true for oneself. One has to believe and live one’s truth. Thoughts are energy-creating physical experiences.
It helps one then to identify one’s truth, quality of thoughts, and beliefs. Paying attention to one’s thoughts can be challenging, focusing on one’s emotions is easier.
Ask oneself these questions in your introspection:
What have I been thinking lately?
Are my thoughts, beliefs working for me?
How am I feeling?
How’s my experience?
Staying positive is not an overnight thing. It requires TRAINING, PRACTICING, and REFOCUSING one’s attention to positivity before one can be and have a positive experience. It must become a habitual routine. We can agree with the saying where attention goes, energy flows.
Being positive is about ALIGNMENT and a PROCESS to go through. It’s peeling layers and layers of programming conditioning, unlearning old and negative beliefs that no longer serve one, and rediscovering new positive beliefs.
