WHERE IT COMES FROM AND HOW TO DEAL WITH IT

If one realizes words are an empty and meaningless group of alphabets until one puts meaning into them.
Fear is a four-letter word where everyone feels scared.
Fear can also be an acronym.

Many acronyms describe F.E.A.R. as:

FORGET EVERYTHING AND RUN — is a response of someone consumed and controlled by too much fear, which causes one to be anxious, have tunnel vision, and limit and restrict oneself of his inherent power to create a better experience.

Fear is one human reaction to physical and non-physical threats.
Most physical threats are from global situations, such as catastrophes, wars, and illnesses, and some threats are from crimes or accidents.

The non-physical threats are from personal setbacks resulting from constant overthinking, worrying about problems, and adding and creating negative stories to them, increasing fear, thus, a much scarier experience and feeling victimized.

FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL — happens to someone in paranoia by constant attachment to negative thoughts and additional made-up stories.
Fear results from constant focus and attention on negative thoughts and assumptions that affect attitudes and behaviors.
