STAYING IN IS THE NEW GOING OUT
A year before the pandemic, I bought a shirt at Old Navy that says “Staying in Is the New Going Out.” This saying got me thinking and made me reflect on its deeper meaning…
I say going in is the new being out. We have to go within, dig deeper, take a break and breathe for a while. It gives us a chance to see everything from the soul’s perspective.
Sometimes it takes catastrophes and diseases for humanity to wake up from its unconscious choices, decisions and actions. The present pandemic situation has made everyone feel varying degrees of emotions. It has propelled us to reflect and ask big questions. If one may realize, everyday we’re all called to awaken and create our realities. Every second, minute, hour, and moment, it invites us to create anew ourselves from our experiences of malaise. We are in an endless cycle of creation until we all become and live the grandest versions of ourselves as people of peace, joy and unconditional loving beings.
How can we then thrive from these challenging times that we may process, interpret, understand and accept with ease?
HERE ARE SOME QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER IN DEALING WITH YOUR EMOTIONS/EXPERIENCE :
- What is this emotion/experience teaching me?
- Who, what, and how would I like to become from this experience?
