FEELING OVERWHELMED WITH THE NEWS/SOCIAL MEDIA LATELY BUT STILL WANT TO BE UPDATED AND ENGAGED?

The effect of our present crisis, where some are back to lockdown and quarantined in their own homes, have caused the majority to be more active and consumed with watching/listening the news, browsing, and posting on social media. Majority are sharing and passing on a variety of information and messages, where so many of these are from different influencers with different intentions. These can either empower, inspire, entertain one or some may confuse and even terrify the rest.

Though we know that some of these shared messages/posts are just the obvious release of emotions and expressions of one’s beliefs; we can then be MINDFUL followers.

As everything is energy (we, our thoughts, words, deeds) attracting same like energy, what we give out comes back to us matching our exact intentions and vibrations.

We can then be cautious in what energy we allow and we welcome to our personal space and what we send out to the masses.

2. What resources will contribute to my growth/well-being?
