“No matter what I do, I do not fit in.”
“Nobody seems to care or notice me.”
“I wonder why I have not gotten the same treatment as the rest.”
“I will do and say things their way so they will like me.”
“I will try my best to make them all happy and pleased.”
“I was unfairly treated after everything I’ve done for them.”
“I will call and text him regularly so he will fall for me.”
“What if it is not possible?”
“No doubt I am the most beautiful among my friends.”

Everyone can relate to these limiting self-talks of the doubtful, expectant, hopeful, insecure, and inferior, then to the arrogance and assertiveness of the feeling superior and the pushy.
These self-dialogues resulted in passed-on beliefs since one’s formative years, which also became the programming and conditioning of the minds that affected the perceptions of oneself, attitudes, behaviors, and so a life lived in the mindset of lack and fear.

WHERE DO THESE BELIEFS COME FROM, THEN?
Beliefs are the repetitive thoughts one thinks about that become one’s truth through a consistent focus of attention and affirmation…
