HABITS TO REPLACE AND TO HAVE IN 2024
“My illness is getting worse.”
“I’m not seeing any growth in my business.”
“My financial status is still bad.”
“I’m not losing weight.”
The above are the loud and quiet utterances of the unsatisfied and the frustrated out of their experiences. Everyone must have uttered the same and have experienced these or is having these experiences. However, experiences can be better as everyone can create new ones. Compare how and where you were and observe how and where you are now as evidence.
Every new year is the start of goal-setting and resolution-making for the majority. At the end of each year, these goals and resolutions are either met or unmet.
Goals and resolutions are easy to list down but can be challenging to do. They require clear intention for direction, focus for consistency, willingness for whatever it takes, commitment to remain focused, and discipline to keep oneself on track.
Our goals also rely on identifying conscious and unconscious habits formed and acquired as we are creators or creatures of habit. Some habits do serve us well, while some do not.
