In life, either we judge other people or people judge us.

Everyone makes judgments or criticisms of everyone on different levels. It’s a never-ending cycle.

Judgment on the situation and people comes from observation and then conclusion. It is a declaration/expression of one’s beliefs, projection, and perception of his world according to his lens. Everyone sees the world as he is.

If you’re open to receiving the message of this post, you can turn your experience around by:

  1. Letting go. Ignore and breathe. It takes a lot of strength and courage not to react to a judgment. The immediate reaction of the ego is to defend and attack. But you are not your ego who operates on fear. You are the loving awareness, an indestructible being that is indestructible by someone or something.
  2. Knowing that to react is just repeating the action of the other.
  3. LOOKING THROUGH the eyes of compassion rather than just at your critic and ask this question: What hurts this person the most that he needs to judge people/me to heal it?
  4. Realizing the judge is judged too.
  5. Considering people’s judgment is none of your business.
  6. Knowing that judgment is just an expression of someone’s belief that has nothing to do with you. Being…
